Liesha has been serving the Exeter community in public accounting since 1979, bringing consistency, care, and deep local knowledge to every client relationship. Starting her career with Joseph Cotter and working alongside Paul, she quickly became a trusted and reliable presence in the firm.

In 1989, Liesha became Paul’s office manager, taking on responsibility for the day-to-day operations and client service experience. Since then, she has been the steady force behind the practice, coordinating workflow, supporting staff, and making sure clients receive timely, personal attention.

For more than four decades, Liesha has truly been the glue that holds the office together, helping the firm grow while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for Exeter families and businesses.
