Jenny’s affiliation with Paul Verissimo, CPA began nearly two decades ago, and she couldn’t be more excited to return to the place where her tax career first took shape. With a deep passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of tax and finance, Jenny specializes in income tax planning for individuals and business owners and brings a wealth of knowledge in estate planning as well.

Jenny began her career in the tech industry as a software engineer before discovering her true calling in accounting and tax. A few years in, Jenny developed an especially strong interest in finance and investing which led her to earn the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. For the past ten years, she has worked as a financial planner serving high-net-worth clients, expanding her expertise across all facets of financial planning with a particular emphasis on tax strategy. Throughout her career in finance, Jenny continued to moonlight as a tax professional to keep her skills sharp—a commitment that ultimately inspired her to become a Certified Public Accountant.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico, as well as a graduate certificate in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University.

Jenny and her husband of 25 years, Jeremy, reside in beautiful Northern California. They have four wonderful children and recently welcomed a new son-in-law into the family. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys traveling with her family, cheering on her kids at sporting events, and staying active through weightlifting.
